The model we use here at Sterling Shine is “C.L.E.A.N.” On the homepage, you learned that the acronym stands for Care, Lend, Empower, Assure and Nurture. Now, we’ll go into more detail about what that means.
Care
We believe that the most important person(s) in our company is you, the client. With that being said, we will strive in all we do to provide excellent service; and if our cleanings fail to meet your expectations, then we will return at no cost to you.
Lend
At Sterling Shine, we have adopted the mindset to care for our neighbors. When we are able, we seek to go out of our way to help those around us, whether for our customers, for our employees, for a stranger in need or just to help our community in general. It is our desire to spread love throughout Memphis to those who need love and support, including struggling families, the elderly who are unable to clean their homes and more. We hope that by choosing to lend a hand to our neighbors in need, we will become a blessing to our city and to individuals with whom we come in contact.
Empower
Another concept we are big about is the desire to empower our workers. We believe a happy worker makes a happy customer. Therefore, it is our goal to encourage our staff to be the best they can be through excellent service, so that our customers are always satisfied. We plan to accomplish this through competitive salaries, benefits and incentive programs to inspire our employees.
Assure
We guarantee all our work. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right for you! We want you to feel your money is well spent which is why we’ll return, for free, if you’re not absolutely satisfied. Furthermore, our assurance is that we will always offer safer cleaning products so you know that you, your children and your pets are safe from the harmful chemicals found in generic cleaning products.
Nurture
Lastly, we wrap up our C.L.E.A.N. acronym with the word Nurture. Simply put, we are striving to nurture all those involved in a company—the customers, the staff and the community.
